fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was great and lovely and right by the hillside overlooking the town, trucks grinding up the hill all night, and the hill right through early hours of the night. the stuff is pleasant and nice, an absolute asset to this the place. an attached restaurant serves incredible food.

This hotel is clean and has practical facilities. the location is simply beautiful, especially if you’re looking for gluten-free options. It’s a charming and cozy spot for a quick getaway, and I’d definitely recommend it. 🌟.

Really friendly and affable people are working there. The rooms are great-sized and newly renovated and include tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and a toaster.

A perfectly pleasant stay, I would like to come again. The rooms are reasonably large and newly decorated, equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making equipment. The in-house restaurant with good food is what you need.

I had a really pleasant stay here during the summer holidays.

The facilities were more than sufficient to meet my needs, comfortable and relaxing, the spa bath to relax was very welcoming after a busy day, tea and coffee available.

The noise from the highway was disturbing and quite loud in the late evenings. there was a need to keep the window closed.

The meals here are fantastic and delightful. the room is spacious and tidy, offering a wonderful view of the Te Kuiti hills and town right from the window. It’s conveniently located just off the hillside, providing stunning views of the town and mountains beyond, as well as easy access to the shopping street and highly recommended restaurant.

Plenty of space for everyone - private with great views.

We had a very enjoyable evening meal, well served by the staff who were very friendly. The studio room we had was quiet & very comfortable. The following day we woke to a foggy morning, but nice & warm room, the sun would have come in later.
